By browsing or buying from Krown & Co you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

All prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We may cancel or limit an order if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Preorder items are charged at the time of order and reserve your place in the production run. Estimated ship windows are our best projection and may move; we will email you if the date changes. You may cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships.

Refill subscriptions renew automatically at the interval chosen at checkout until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel before your next billing date; cancelling stops future shipments and does not refund an order already processed.

Customized kits are made to your selections. Because they are personalized, we can only accept changes before production begins — usually within 24 hours of ordering.

Small accessories such as beads and barrettes can be a choking hazard. Adult supervision is required for children under three.

The Krown & Co name, logo, photography and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
