Returns & Refunds

If the kit is not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, with all accessories present, in the original case and packaging.

Email hello@krownandco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send a return label and instructions within two business days.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Banks typically post it within a further 5 – 10 days. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is deducted unless the return is our error.

Want a different colourway or bow mix? Return the original and place a new order — that is the fastest way to get exactly what you want.

Personalized kits are made specifically for you and are final sale once production begins. If something arrives wrong or damaged, we will replace it at no cost.

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement immediately — no return required for small accessories.

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships. After it ships, the standard 30-day return policy applies.
