Question 1

How does the waitlist work?

Accepted Answer

Leave your email on the Waitlist page. You will be among the first to hear the moment the Blush Pink case is ready to order.

Question 2

Am I charged to join?

Accepted Answer

No. Joining the waitlist is free and there is nothing to pay until ordering opens.

Question 3

What comes inside the case?

Accepted Answer

Every case arrives fully stocked with bows, barrettes, beads, headbands, scrunchies, hair ties, a comb and a brush — the full contents list is on the product page.

Question 4

How does customization work?

Accepted Answer

Use the customizer to choose your bow mix (all large, all small or a blend), bow styles, bead material and colours. You can preview the combination on a model before you order.

Question 5

What are the beads made of?

Accepted Answer

You choose: glass, silicone or plastic. Each material is listed in the customizer with its finish and weight.

Question 6

How do I clean the case?

Accepted Answer

Wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not submerge the case or machine wash it.

Question 7

What is the Crown Club?

Accepted Answer

A refill subscription that restocks the accessories you use most — new bows, beads and barrettes delivered on the schedule you choose.

Question 8

Can I pause or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Any time, before your next billing date. Pausing keeps your account and pricing; cancelling stops all future shipments.

Question 9

Can I change what's in my refill?

Accepted Answer

Yes — update your colour and style preferences before your next renewal and we build the box to match.

Question 10

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is free on US orders of $150 or more. Under $150, it is calculated live at checkout using real USPS and UPS rates for your address, so you only pay the exact carrier cost — no flat markup.

Question 11

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Most US orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Faster carrier services are offered at checkout if you need it sooner.

Question 12

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is coming soon.

Question 13

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Unused kits can be returned within 14 days of delivery — two weeks after it ships to your house — for a refund. Customized cases are final sale once production begins, but we replace anything damaged or incorrect at no cost.
