Preorders are charged at the time of order — that is what reserves your place in the production run and locks in the Early Crown perks.

What comes inside the case?

Every case arrives fully stocked with bows, barrettes, beads, headbands, scrunchies, hair ties, a comb and a brush — the full contents list is on the product page.

How does customization work?

Use the customizer to choose your bow mix (all large, all small or a blend), bow styles, bead material and colours. You can preview the combination on a model before you order.

How do I clean the case?

Wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not submerge the case or machine wash it.

US standard delivery is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, with expedited and international options at checkout. Full rates are on the Shipping page.

Yes. International delivery takes 10 to 21 business days and any import duties are set by your country.

What is your return policy?

Unused kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Customized cases are final sale once production begins, but we replace anything damaged or incorrect at no cost.
