When you place an order, join the Crown Club or contact us, we collect the details you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number and order contents. Payment details are entered on our checkout provider's secure pages — we never see or store your full card number.

We also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages viewed, which helps us keep the store working properly.

To process and ship orders, manage preorders and subscriptions, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send occasional emails about new releases and restocks. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Only with the service providers we need to run the shop: our ecommerce and payment platform, shipping carriers and our email provider. They may only use your information to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the store may stop working.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@krownandco.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Our products are made with children in mind, but accounts and orders are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
