Processing
In-stock orders leave our studio within 1 – 2 business days. Customized cases are made to order and ship within 3 – 5 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is collected.
How shipping is priced
Shipping is free on every US order of $150 or more. Below $150, shipping is calculated live at checkout using real USPS and UPS rates for your address, weight and chosen speed — you pay the carrier price, never a padded flat fee.
We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. Enter your address at checkout to see every available service and cost before you pay.
Services & timing
Exact prices are quoted by the carrier at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the parcel leaves our studio and exclude weekends and holidays.
Crown Club refills
Refill boxes are dispatched within two business days of each renewal and follow the same delivery times as standard shipping.
Where we ship
United States only for now — all 50 states, plus APO/FPO and US territories where the carrier delivers. We do not ship internationally yet. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout alongside your shipping rate.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for seven business days, email hello@krownandco.com with your order number and we will open a claim and take care of you.
