Processing
In-stock orders leave our studio within 1 – 2 business days. Customized cases are made to order and ship within 3 – 5 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is collected.
Rates & timing
Delivery estimates begin once the parcel leaves our studio and exclude weekends and holidays.
Preorders
Preordered cases ship in the window shown on the product page. If your order also contains in-stock items, everything ships together unless you ask us to split it.
Crown Club refills
Refill boxes are dispatched within two business days of each renewal and follow the same delivery times as standard shipping.
Duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by your local carrier on delivery. These charges are set by your country and are not included in our shipping cost.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for seven business days, email hello@krownandco.com with your order number and we will open a claim and take care of you.
